- WINDOW REPLACEMENT
- REPAIR/REPOINT EXTERIOR BRICK / JACK ARCHES
- REPAIR DORMER
- IMPROVE VENTILATION UNDER BUILDING / INSTALL SUMP(?)
- IMPROVE STORM WATER DRAINAGE EAST AND WEST SIDES
- CHIMNEY REPAIR / STABILIZATION AS NEEDED
- CORNICE / SOFFIT REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT
- REPLACE TWO REAR DOORS
- ADD DOOR IN CONNECTOR ON RAILROAD TRACK SIDE
