This revision is based on input that came out of the training seminar Friday, March 2. There are highlights where I've made changes. Brandon has reviewed these.
1. Changed Table of Contents:
- number 1.4 is now "Architectural Details & Siding"
2. Changed page 25:
- added note in introductory paragraph
- added number 1.4.5
3. Changed number 1.5.3 on page 26.
4. Changed wording on page 42: "When evaluating proposals, the BAR will give special consideration to the following:"
5. Changed wording in number 3.3.11, page 43.
